1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order with Eyenova Optical Trading, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Optical Prescription Requirements & Medical Disclaimer
Contact lenses are medical devices that come into direct contact with the cornea. For your ocular health and safety:
- You warrant and represent that you possess a valid, unexpired contact lens prescription issued by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.
- You are solely responsible for accurately entering your prescription parameters (Power / Sphere, Base Curve, Diameter, Cylinder, Axis) during checkout.
- Eyenova Optical Trading disclaims liability for any ocular discomfort, corneal complications, or vision issues resulting from purchasing or wearing lenses without professional fitting or entering incorrect prescription values.
- Always follow the replacement schedule and wear-time guidelines prescribed by your eye care professional and the lens manufacturer (daily, bi-weekly, or monthly). Never sleep in contact lenses unless specifically approved by your eye care practitioner.
3. Orders, Pricing & Currency
All product prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable local fees. We make every effort to display accurate specifications and images. However, packaging designs and color renditions may vary slightly depending on monitor calibrations and manufacturer revisions.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or inability to authorize payment. If your payment has already been captured, a prompt refund will be issued.
4. Delivery & Title
We deliver throughout the State of Qatar. Delivery timeframes (such as same-day delivery in Doha or 24–48 hours nationwide) are estimates provided in good faith. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery handover by our courier partner.
5. Product Usage & Hygiene Precautions
You agree to inspect all delivered products prior to opening. You must verify that the brand, power, and base curve printed on each blister box match your intended prescription before breaking factory seals. Opened blister packs cannot be re-sealed or returned due to sterile medical device health regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Qatar law, Eyenova Optical Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. The competent courts in Doha, Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings.
