1. Nationwide Coverage Across Qatar
We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses across the State of Qatar, including:
- Greater Doha: West Bay, The Pearl-Qatar, Lusail, Al Sadd, Al Nasr, Bin Mahmoud, Al Hilal, Al Waab, Msheireb, and surrounding districts.
- Municipalities & Surrounding Areas: Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Wukair, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Shamal, and Dukhan.
2. Delivery Schedules & Cutoff Times
- Doha Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before our daily cutoff time (typically 3:00 PM) are prioritized for same-day dispatch and evening delivery in Doha.
- Standard Qatar Delivery: Orders placed after the cutoff or outside greater Doha are delivered within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days).
- Deliveries are carried out 6 days a week (Saturday through Thursday). Weekend and holiday schedules are updated on our announcement banner.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
Shipping rates are transparently calculated at checkout:
- Standard flat-rate shipping applies to orders under the free shipping minimum.
- Orders meeting or exceeding our promotional threshold qualify for Complimentary Free Delivery throughout Doha and Qatar.
4. Real-Time Tracking & Courier Handover
As soon as your order is verified and dispatched from our Doha facility, you will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp notification containing your order reference. Our courier driver will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to arrival to confirm address details and ensure convenient handover.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Inquiries
Please ensure your contact number is active and that building/zone/street numbers or a WhatsApp location pin are available for our drivers. If you need to modify your delivery address or delivery time slot, contact our support team immediately:
